You'll analyze data on Starlink customers to drive improvements in customer experience and internal operations. You'll conduct analyses using SQL and build dashboards that quantify operational health. This role is key to supporting new market launches and cross-functional strategic initiatives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct SQL analyses to identify customer issues and opportunities.
• Define department metrics and build dashboards.
• Develop automation to mitigate business risk and improve efficiency.
• Train internal users on dashboard usage and troubleshooting.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of experience in reporting and analytics
• 1+ years of experience with SQL and data visualization tools

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, MIS, CS, or engineering
• 1+ years with scripting languages (Python, R)
• Advanced SQL skills and ETL development experience
