💼 About This Role

You'll own the end-to-end strategy for Neko Health's physical footprint worldwide, leading a team of regional Facilities Leaders. You'll build scalable systems and frameworks that define how we show up physically to patients in every market. This role blends strategic senior leadership with hands-on operational instincts in a high-impact healthcare startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define global facilities strategy and standards across all markets.
• Lead and develop a geographically distributed team of Facilities Leaders.
• Develop scalable playbooks and reporting frameworks for new clinic expansion.
• Oversee global vendor relationships and service agreements.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience in facilities leadership managing multi-site, multi-country operations.
• Track record of building and leading geographically distributed teams.
• Strong commercial acumen managing sizeable facilities budgets and vendor negotiations.
• Experience with facilities management platforms and data reporting tools.
