You'll lead a high-performing SLED sales team in the West region, driving revenue growth for cloud-driven networking solutions. You'll develop territory plans and executive relationships to accelerate digital transformation for customers. This role offers the opportunity to shape strategy at a Gartner Magic Quadrant leader with a strong diversity culture.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead a team of Account Managers to drive sales in the West region
- Develop and execute territory plans and quota assignments
- Accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales achievement
- Represent Extreme at customer forums and executive briefings
๐ Requirements
- 10+ years managing regional sales teams focusing on major accounts
- BA/BS degree from a four-year college or university
- Background in a networking sales environment
- Experience in SLED (State, Local, and Education) sales
