🎯 What You'll Do

• Support new customers during their onboarding journey
• Lead onboarding kick-off calls to understand customer goals
• Deliver walk-through sessions and share training materials
• Coordinate with validation teams for certificate setup

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years customer success or account management experience in Digital Security, SaaS, or Software
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers
• Friendly, helpful, and professional attitude
• Organized with good attention to detail

• Proficiency in Japanese
• Experience delivering training, demos, or presentations
• Familiarity with CRM or customer success tools
