💼 About This Role

You'll lead curriculum implementation and coach teachers at a new 24-hour onsite child care center for Toyota families. You'll ensure developmentally appropriate practice and state compliance while building a high-quality program from the ground up. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement child-centered curriculum aligned with state standards
• Train and onboard teachers in Vivvi Learning Model
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to faculty
• Support family engagement through communication and school events

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in leadership or instructional coaching role
• Bachelor's degree in ECE or related field (or CDA equivalent)
• Meet or eligible to meet AL requirements for leadership role in licensed child care
• Strong knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice and early learning standards
