You will support a diverse customer base by ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and responding to inquiries, working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Finance to deliver a seamless experience for key customer programs and strategic partnerships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks across time zones
• Comfort with data and reporting tools
• Proficiency with geospatial data formats (GeoJSON, Shapefiles, coordinate reference systems)
• Professional working proficiency in English

Responsibilities

• Strategically manage high-volume of accounts using Zendesk and internal CRM
• Create and deliver custom usage reports to help customers understand ROI
• Support Sales and CS teams with operational tasks
• Set up and manage partner access for strategic collaborations
• Coordinate internal alignment and respond to bid requests, ensuring accurate provisioning
