💼 About This Role

You'll perform O&M on Battery Energy Storage Systems at commercial/industrial solar projects nationwide. Your work ensures reliable energy storage for a major renewables provider. This role offers 100% travel and hands-on technical challenges.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on BESS equipment
• Perform Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) as authorized person
• Conduct daily safety and task planning discussions
• Interact with vendors and customers professionally

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of electrical proficiency relating to systems/components
• Valid driver's license for at least one year
• Excellent written/verbal skills for EHS requirements
• Ability to travel 100% across the US

✨ Nice to Have

• 2+ years renewable energy experience
• Post-secondary education
• OSHA 10, OSHA 30, NFPA70E certifications
