💼 About This Role

You'll support day-to-day success of an apartment community, from leasing and resident relations to rent collection and renewals. Partnering with the Community Manager, you'll keep operations running smoothly and resolve resident concerns. This role offers career growth through our Career Path Program.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct property tours and respond to leasing leads
• Process rent payments, monitor delinquencies, and coordinate evictions
• Assist with financial reporting and ledger reviews
• Step in for Community Manager during absences

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years of property management experience preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Six months assistant community manager experience preferred

✨ Nice to Have

• Certified Apartment Leasing Professional (CALP) accreditation
• Social media content management experience
