🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and implement overall test strategy and test approach.
• Manage all testing activities including SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
• Coordinate end-to-end testing flow across cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate defect triage meetings to review and prioritize fixes.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in software testing
• 2 years in a test management role
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies like JIRA, HPALM
• Experience managing large-scale IT projects with complex integrations
