💼 About This Role

You'll own key customer relationships for Mercor's staffing business, serving as the primary point of contact for leading AI labs and enterprises. You'll partner with technical and business stakeholders to guide training and delivery, resolve issues, and drive account growth. This role also leads commercial processes to expand revenue in a fast-moving AI environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own commercial account strategy for staffing business across startups and enterprises.
• Partner with customers to understand needs and drive strong staffing outcomes.
• Work cross-functionally with operations and product to translate demand into delivery.
• Bring structure to ambiguous situations and scale the business to eight-figure revenue.

📋 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or consulting.
• Experience in startups or high-growth environments.
• Strong commercial instincts and comfort working across startups and enterprises.
• Proven success in a closing role.
