You'll lead two squads owning growth platforms that empower Marketing and Growth teams to scale acquisition and conversion. Your core impact is building self-serve tools, automation, and AI-powered solutions on a robust tracking stack.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set long-term vision and strategy for Martech domain.
• Lead evolution of Martech into multi-team area.
• Dive deep into complex problems influencing senior stakeholders.
• Create conditions for autonomous, high-performing teams.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in software engineering including 4+ years in engineering management.
• Degree in computer science, data science, mathematics, or related field.
• Experience working in Growth, MarTech, AdTech or SEO platforms.
• Comfortable challenging system and data architecture.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with marketing analytics and attribution.
• Familiarity with AI/ML applications in marketing.
• Experience scaling a team from two squads to multiple.
