💼 About This Role

You'll lead testing of complex electromechanical assemblies for autonomous underwater vehicles (AUVs) at a defense technology company. Your core impact is ensuring reliable production of cutting-edge subsea robotics. This role offers hands-on work with Dive-XL AUVs and global travel for training.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a team of test technicians in pressure vessel assembly and test
• Execute detailed sub-system End-of-Line (EOL) tests from procedures
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, electronics, and integrated circuits to component level
• Flash/load correct SW/FW versions onto devices as configuration tasks

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in electronics and test in robotics, defense, or aerospace
• Experience with hardware testing and automated test systems (LabVIEW, Test Stand)
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Matlab, SHELL
• Experience with computer hardware communication protocols: USB, Ethernet, RS232, RS485, PCIe, HDMI, CAN

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in sub-sea robotics (AUVs, UUVs, underwater equipment)
• Experience with electrical systems up to 400VDC
• IPC 610 and/or 620 Certification
