🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute HR processes from onboarding to offboarding
• Formalize contracts, amendments, and manage work permits
• Identify workflow improvements and lead People Ops projects
• Implement AI solutions to automate administrative tasks

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in People Operations or HR role in France
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms like BambooHR or Workday
• Good knowledge of French social legislation (SYNTEC a plus)
• Full working proficiency in English and French
