💼 About This Role

You'll support the Principal and Major Gifts team at Doctors Without Borders, assisting with data management and donor engagement to drive major gift fundraising. You'll gain hands-on experience in CRM operations while learning how a global humanitarian nonprofit cultivates and stewards major donors.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Enter donor data into CRM system
• Assist with moves management and reporting
• Support data cleaning and analysis for donor engagement
• Communicate with donors and staff via email and phone

📋 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or graduate degree program
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Interest in nonprofit fundraising or donor relations
