• Provide bilingual support in Mandarin and English

📋 Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• Bilingual in Mandarin and English (strong literacy)
• CRM/case management tool experience (Salesforce, Zendesk, Intercom)
• Typing speed 50+ WPM with 95% accuracy
