- Act as first point of contact across phone, email, and chat

- Identify risk situations and escalate to clinical teams
- Maintain accurate records using CRM and support tools
π Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of customer support or client-facing experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage high-volume workloads
- Experience with CRM and support tools (Zendesk, Salesforce)
