You'll join Discord's Revenue ML team to build and scale ML capabilities for ads measurement, targeting, and delivery ranking. You'll develop foundational ML models that enhance ad relevance and optimize performance, directly impacting business success. This is an early-stage Ads ML platform opportunity at a company with over 200 million monthly users.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and deploy ML models for ads targeting and ranking
• Build optimization frameworks for ad ranking and real-time inference
• Collaborate cross-functionally on the Ads ML roadmap
• Scale ML infrastructure for low-latency ad serving

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years as a Machine Learning Engineer or Data Scientist
• 3+ years of Ads ML experience in ads ranking or targeting
• Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks
• Experience with applied deep learning and real-time ML inference

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of ad tech industry standards and ecosystem
• Experience with large-scale recommendation systems
• Background in performance advertising and revenue impact
