💼 About This Role

You'll generate leads for Renewal by Andersen by making outbound calls and handling inbound inquiries. Your work directly supports the Inside Sales team with high-volume multitasking across multiple systems. Commission potential adds to the base pay, and paid training is fully remote.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Dial out to up to 30 homeowners per hour
• Handle heavy inbound call flow from marketing leads
• Document and track all scheduled appointments accurately
• Multitask through various CRM systems during calls

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Sales experience
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work varying shifts including evenings and weekends
• Must live in Knoxville, TN to be considered
