You'll support sales teams by facilitating quotes, invoicing, and closing processes for used and retail fleet sales. Your work will directly impact the efficiency of fleet sales operations for a fast-growing construction tech company. You'll collaborate with territory account managers and national sales teams, ensuring accurate documentation and timely responses.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Quote, invoice, and close sales for used and retail fleet
• Communicate equipment inventory and availability to sales teams
• Prepare documents and coordinate large equipment sales
• Maintain accurate transaction history in system

📋 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Computer skills using Google Sheets, Docs, and/or Microsoft Office
• Ability to multi-task across multiple systems with high attention to detail
• Excellent communication and time management skills

• Experience in construction industry with equipment knowledge
• Prior sales experience
