💼 About This Role

You'll drive digital presence and generate leads for a real estate brand through social media and content. You will own the strategy across Instagram and TikTok, creating compelling content and paid campaigns. This role combines creative content production with a commercial focus on conversions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and scale social media presence on Instagram and TikTok
• Create and edit visual content: photos, videos, reels
• Plan content strategy focused on lead generation
• Run and optimize paid campaigns across social platforms

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in content editing (static and video)
• 2+ years experience in photography and video production
• 3+ years experience in paid media (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn)
• Experience in marketing or community management with a results focus
