Description
You will deliver personalized in-home fitness training, designing and customizing workout programs for clients using the Svetness Fitness App. You'll conduct initial assessments and reassessments every 4-6 weeks, ensuring clients perform exercises correctly and progress toward their goals.
Requirements
- Certified Personal Trainer: Accredited by NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE
- CPR/AED Certification
- 1-3 years of personal training experience
- Possession of personal basic training equipment
- Reliable form of transportation
Responsibilities
- Customize client workout programs developed from initial assessment
- Utilize Svetness Fitness App for all client sessions, including programming and session notes
- Demonstrate each exercise and ensure client performs correctly with or without modifications
- Conduct client reassessments every 4-6 weeks
- Maintain client session appointments through Svetness scheduling software
