You'll work at the intersection of product, marketing, and sales to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth. You'll experiment rapidly, analyze user behavior, and implement changes that scale Semgrep's growth engine. This role offers the opportunity to shape the growth infrastructure and collaborate across the organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and scale growth experiments across the funnel.
• Build and optimize user experiences for self-serve adoption.
• Leverage data to measure behavior and uncover growth opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to lead PLG and SLG motions.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years writing production software and building web applications.
• Experience with experimentation-driven problem-solving.
• Exposure and experience using AI coding agents/tools.
• Excitement for building for customers and iterating fast.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Python, TypeScript, and Postgres.
• Background in growth engineering or PLG motions.
