You'll own the marketing technology stack at a cybersecurity leader, ensuring all inbound demand is captured, qualified, and converted into pipeline. Your work directly protects critical infrastructure from sophisticated threats. This strategic role is central to a major marketing transformation and AI adoption.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer HubSpot and optimize integrations across the full stack
• Manage lead lifecycle: capture, scoring, routing, and SLA monitoring
• Run growth experiments and analyze funnel performance
• Drive AI adoption by automating manual workflows

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing operations experience
• HubSpot expert with deep admin and workflow knowledge
• Experience with SalesLoft, 6sense, ZoomInfo, or similar tools
• Proven track record in lead management and pipeline analytics

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with SugarCRM or Salesforce
• Knowledge of GDPR and CAN-SPAM compliance
• Familiarity with AI tools for marketing automation
