🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify creative ways to activate and engage passive talent
• Partner with hiring managers to build structured interview plans
• Manage pipeline of requisitions balancing speed and quality
• Create and implement sourcing strategies for diverse pipelines

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in technical/engineering roles
• Demonstrated success in high-volume recruitment for software engineering talent
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
