💼 About This Role

You'll spearhead manufacturing process optimization at a fast-growing consumer accessories brand scaling to produce 40,000 items daily. You'll own data-driven decision making and implement Lean methodologies to streamline workflows. This role puts you at the center of a unicorn-ambition company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Map, measure, and improve manufacturing workflows
• Collect and analyze production process data to drive decisions
• Identify and resolve technical issues across production lines
• Implement Lean and other process optimization methodologies

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in Process Engineering, Production/Quality Engineering, or similar
• Experience in process implementation and improvement
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decisions
• Understanding of Lean, 5S, Kaizen or similar efficiency methodologies

✨ Nice to Have

• Understanding of PFMEA, 8D, and other problem-solving tools
• Ability to create clear documentation (SOPs, layouts, workflows)
• Experience with automated manufacturing systems
