You'll join Varicent's Technical Support Team as the frontline of customer success, troubleshooting SaaS platform issues. You'll ensure clients maximize value from our solutions through expert assistance and collaboration with product teams. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge technology and a supportive, remote-first environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Resolve technical problems by troubleshooting incidents and collecting logs.
  • Communicate progress with clients and update CRM records.
  • Utilize support tools and processes to resolve cases.
  • Support KPI targets like SLA and QA.

πŸ“‹ Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant technical experience.
  • Proven experience with SaaS platforms.
  • Familiarity with relational databases and SQL scripting.
  • CEFR B2 level English or higher.
