You'll partner with Talent Strategists and Hiring Managers to build pipelines for hard-to-fill technical roles at Palantir. Your work directly enables data-driven decisions that power lifesaving drugs and supply chain forecasts. This 8-month contract offers high autonomy and impact from day one.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Source passive candidates through direct outreach and research.
• Review inbound applicants and screen for fit, not credentials.
• Own candidate experience from first outreach to pre-offer.
• Maintain candidate records and share pipeline insights.

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years in recruiting, sourcing, or talent-spotting.
• Experience using an ATS to source and manage candidates.
• Extraordinary interpersonal skills and relationship-building instinct.

• Experience sourcing technical roles.
• Familiarity with Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques.
