💼 About This Role

You'll oversee maintenance and reliability for a flagship fulfillment center, leading a team to define the maintenance roadmap. This role offers the chance to drive operational efficiency in a fast-paced, mission-driven company disrupting the food supply chain.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee maintenance of automation, manufacturing, and facility equipment
• Motivate, coach, and inspire a team of managers and technicians
• Manage outside vendors for planned and unplanned repairs
• Identify problems and implement improvement strategies

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years managing maintenance/operations in Food/Beverage/Perishables/Distribution
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's preferred
• Well-versed in OSHA regulations and compliance
• Able to read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and schematics

• Exposure to refrigeration systems
• Knowledgeable in GMP/LEAN and continuous improvement
• Project management skills
