• Provide guidance on health insurance and benefits via phone, text, chat, email
• Assist new customers with onboarding and health plan selection
• Help members with care journey issues like finding providers or claims
• Give feedback to product team to improve member experience

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years related experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Comfortable with remote work
• Knowledge of healthcare or insurance benefits preferred
