You'll define and execute the product strategy for the Salesforce and GTM ecosystem at Vanta, a company that helps businesses earn and prove trust. You'll lead a team of Product Managers and Analysts, own the multi-quarter roadmap, and serve as the bridge between stakeholders and technology. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, manage, and coach a team of 3-5 PMs and analysts
• Define and communicate multi-quarter Business Systems roadmap
• Gather requirements and design solutions with stakeholders
• Act as Scrum Master, lead agile ceremonies and resource planning

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management, business systems, or RevOps
• 2+ years of people management experience
• Deep Salesforce expertise with hands-on platform experience
• Experience owning multi-quarter product roadmaps

✨ Nice to Have

• Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform App Builder)
• Experience with GTM tools like Outreach, LeanData, Gong, Clari
