You'll act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, helping them leverage merchant services and accounts receivable solutions to improve cash flow and operational visibility. You will manage long-term relationships, drive platform adoption, and identify opportunities for expansion.

  • Manage end-to-end customer relationships from onboarding through renewal
  • Conduct regular cadence calls and Executive Business Reviews
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans with growth strategies
  • Serve as primary escalation point for complex customer issues

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management in SaaS
  • Strong background in merchant services and payments
  • Experience managing enterprise customers with finance leaders
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

  • Experience with ERP-integrated AR systems like NetSuite, Sage Intacct
  • Familiarity with payment optimization strategies
  • Experience collaborating with Product, Finance, Legal, and Risk teams
