You'll act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, helping them leverage merchant services and accounts receivable solutions to improve cash flow and operational visibility. You will manage long-term relationships, drive platform adoption, and identify opportunities for expansion.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end customer relationships from onboarding through renewal
- Conduct regular cadence calls and Executive Business Reviews
- Develop and execute strategic account plans with growth strategies
- Serve as primary escalation point for complex customer issues
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management in SaaS
- Strong background in merchant services and payments
- Experience managing enterprise customers with finance leaders
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

- Experience with ERP-integrated AR systems like NetSuite, Sage Intacct
- Familiarity with payment optimization strategies
- Experience collaborating with Product, Finance, Legal, and Risk teams
