🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Manage shipment, receiving, processing, and reverse transfers
• Support strong visual standards on the sales floor
• Directly oversee Operations Associates and drive talent development

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment
• Proven leadership capabilities with excellent decision making
• High energy and self-motivated with a desire to achieve results
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
