You'll join Matillion's Data Productivity Cloud team as a Sales Development Representative, driving revenue in a hybrid Denver-based role with at least 4 days in office. You'll proactively prospect and qualify leads through high-volume outbound calls and emails, building pipeline for top data platforms like Snowflake and Databricks. This role stands out for direct collaboration with Account Executives on key accounts.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Prospect 100+ net new leads weekly using Gong flows
- Make 50+ outbound calls and 20+ personalized emails daily
- Manage inbound leads and qualify opportunities for assigned territory
- Maintain accurate Salesforce CRM records
๐ Requirements
- 1-3 years in sales or business development
- Proficient with sales engagement tools (Gong, AI tools, Salesforce, LinkedIn)
- Proficient in tools like Demandbase, 6Sense, Zoominfo or similar
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with data platforms (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, Databricks)
- CRM administration skills
- Familiarity with partner events or demand generation
