You'll join Townsquare Media's Rockford sales team as a key member, taking full ownership of building and managing a book of business. You'll focus on bringing in new clients while maintaining long-term relationships, helping local businesses succeed through broadcast, digital, and programmatic solutions. This role offers uncapped earning potential and hands-on training in a fast-paced media organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies
• Represent full portfolio including broadcast, digital, and event sponsorships
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand clients' reach and ROI

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and vehicle
