You will lead the development and integration of autonomous airpower technologies for the U.S. Department of Defense, working alongside the Chief Engineer to manage cost, schedule, and delivery. You will build customer relationships, drive program execution from early R&D through contract close, and foster a high-performance engineering culture.

• Own development and deployment of Air Dominance & Strike technologies for DOD
• Develop strong customer relationships to shape solutions and iterate rapidly
• Manage program progress across cost, schedule, and resource allocation
• Implement lightweight processes for planning, risk management, and communication
• Collaborate with finance and business development on pricing strategies
