💼 About This Role

You'll act as a strategic business partner to the CFO and business leaders, driving data-driven decision-making and resource allocation optimization. Core impact: build management control systems and lead financial planning & analysis to accelerate global expansion. This role combines traditional FP&A with operational finance in a fast-paced robotics startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead budget planning and capital allocation across business units
• Perform variance analysis and monitor KPIs for global operations
• Build financial models to support investment decisions
• Drive BI tool implementation for real-time performance dashboards

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of FP&A or corporate planning experience in a company
• Deep understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements
• Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis experience
• Ability to coordinate across sales, engineering, accounting, and IT teams

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience implementing or operating ERP systems
• Background in investment banking, FAS, or strategy consulting
• Business-level English for cross-border communication
