Description

You will manage day-to-day operations of multiple affiliate programs, including affiliate communications, reporting, and account maintenance. You'll work with your manager and peers to maximize program effectiveness and create growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Fluency in German
• 1-2 years of work experience (online marketing, e-commerce, or affiliate marketing beneficial)
• Familiarity with affiliate networks and SaaS platforms (e.g., ShareASale, Commission Junction, Impact) is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables, formatting)
• Knowledge of HTML is a plus
• Ability to travel when necessary

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client and affiliate communications, including newsletters and updates
• Develop relationships with clients and partners to understand their goals and provide proactive communication
• Utilize Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups) to produce detailed reports and analyze data
• Own and manage client tasks with minimal supervision, ensuring deadlines are met
• Manage multiple affiliate campaigns, prioritizing tasks and identifying process improvements
• Collaborate with peers and management to drive continuous improvement
