💼 About This Role

You'll support the Recruitment team at Picnic, helping with sourcing candidates and recruitment initiatives in a dynamic startup environment. You'll collaborate with recruiters to build talent pipelines and contribute to creative hiring strategies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Work closely with recruiters and internal teams to understand position requirements
• Use LinkedIn Search and other techniques to actively source potential candidates
• Support creative strategies to build talent pipelines with unique talent
• Bring fresh ideas to enhance recruitment processes and outcomes

📋 Requirements

• Currently pursuing studies in Psychology, HRM, Business Administration or similar
• Prior internships or working-student experience in active sourcing or recruiting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and preferably Dutch, German or French
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS
