🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and lead the Infrastructure Automation team of 5 engineers
• Define and execute the AI automation strategy and roadmap
• Lead development of AI agents for automating DevOps and SRE tasks
• Develop intelligent agents for automating database operations

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
• 2+ years in a people management or technical leadership role
• Strong background in cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Aliyun
• Hands-on experience with SRE practices and operational runbooks
