Description

You will lead the design and implementation of a consistent, high-quality patient journey across AirSculpt's multi-site organization. You'll drive operational efficiency, standardize business processes and training, and ensure alignment with compliance and brand standards to enhance patient satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• 7–10+ years of progressive leadership in healthcare/aesthetics operations or multi-site practice management
• Demonstrated success in multi-site operations, contract negotiations, cost reduction, and employee training
• Proven experience in process improvement, operational scaling, and change management
• Advanced analytical, financial acumen, and performance management capabilities

Responsibilities

• Develop patient experience strategy and lead policies, processes, and training across all sites
• Establish and monitor patient satisfaction metrics (surveys, reviews, NPS) and implement targeted improvements
• Analyze operational workflows to identify inefficiencies and variation, partner with site leaders to implement best practices
• Create playbooks, SOPs, and training materials for administrative teams; conduct audits to ensure adherence
• Serve as liaison between corporate strategy and field execution, driving adoption of new processes and tools
