You'll drive adoption and retention for a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise customers using the OpenSpace platform. Your core impact is ensuring customers realize value through proactive engagement and training. This role offers 25% travel to UK jobsites and offices.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Serve as primary post-sales contact for mid-market and enterprise accounts
- Deliver onboarding refreshers, usage reviews, and tailored training sessions
- Monitor account health and usage trends to identify risks
- Surface expansion and retention risks to account teams
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years experience in Customer Success or customer-facing B2B SaaS role
- Experience facilitating onboarding or training programs with customers
- Ability to manage a book of business totaling $5M+ across 30-100+ accounts
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, Catalyst, Gainsight, or other CS platforms

- Construction industry experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Familiarity with Catapult or similar tools
