You'll drive adoption and retention for a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise customers using the OpenSpace platform. Your core impact is ensuring customers realize value through proactive engagement and training. This role offers 25% travel to UK jobsites and offices.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Serve as primary post-sales contact for mid-market and enterprise accounts
  • Deliver onboarding refreshers, usage reviews, and tailored training sessions
  • Monitor account health and usage trends to identify risks
  • Surface expansion and retention risks to account teams

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in Customer Success or customer-facing B2B SaaS role
  • Experience facilitating onboarding or training programs with customers
  • Ability to manage a book of business totaling $5M+ across 30-100+ accounts
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, Catalyst, Gainsight, or other CS platforms

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Construction industry experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Familiarity with Catapult or similar tools
