💼 About This Role

You'll own the annual operating plan and long-range financial planning for a leading Postgres data and AI platform. Your core impact will be building the financial models that guide strategic decisions, M&A, and capital allocation. This role stands out for its blend of corporate finance leadership and systems automation ownership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own annual operating plan, quarterly reforecasting, and long-range planning
• Develop and maintain corporate financial model with P&L, cash flow, balance sheet
• Lead monthly business reviews with variance analysis and commentary
• Design and improve internal financial reports for leadership and board

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience
• At least 3 years in a senior or lead capacity
• Demonstrated experience owning a full AOP cycle
• Hands-on experience with FP&A platforms (Adaptive, Anaplan, Pigment) and BI tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience as finance business partner to G&A functions
• Proven ability to automate financial processes
