You'll operate at the intersection of engineering, architecture, and customer success, working with strategic enterprise clients to accelerate adoption of DevSecOps and AI-enabled platforms. You'll translate customer challenges into scalable technical solutions, helping organizations deploy software in highly regulated environments. This high-impact role combines hands-on engineering with customer-facing problem solving.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct deep technical discovery with strategic enterprise customers
• Design solution architecture for CI/CD, security, compliance, and AI workflows
• Build proofs-of-concept, prototypes, and reusable technical accelerators
• Create reference architectures, runbooks, and technical design patterns

📋 Requirements

• Software engineering in customer-facing roles (forward deployed, solutions architecture, or consulting)
• Systems design expertise including APIs, distributed systems, and CI/CD pipelines
• Hands-on GitLab CI/CD, YAML pipelines, runners, and GitLab APIs
• Infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Helm

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Ruby on Rails and/or Go
• Exposure to AI/LLM systems and agentic workflows
• Experience in DevOps or DevSecOps
