You'll lead the tax function for Y Combinator, a top venture capital accelerator, while contributing to broader finance operations. Your work ensures accurate quarterly estimates and year-end reporting. This role offers exposure to portfolio company acquisitions and direct mentorship from senior finance leaders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare complex tax workpapers for quarterly and year-end reporting
• Manage tax allocation and distribution calculations
• Perform tax analysis on portfolio company acquisitions
• Support capital call and distribution processes

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of tax compliance experience, preferably in venture capital
• Solid understanding of U.S. partnership taxation
• Proficient in U.S. GAAP accounting principles
• CPA or equivalent qualification preferred
