💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a trusted technical voice, guiding customers toward clarity and feasibility on the end-to-end solution. You'll design and maintain self-service technical assets to scale pre-sales knowledge across the Account Executive team. This hybrid role is based in Dublin with three in-office days per week.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain automated demos and solution guides for self-service.
• Partner with Account Executives to drive technical qualification and demo delivery.
• Streamline technical pre-sales process to support high-volume opportunities.
• Provide specialized support for complex or strategic deals.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of customer-facing technical experience as a solutions or sales engineer.
• Proven ability to design scaled pre-sales solutions like automated demo platforms.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and cloud application architecture.
• Ability to work from Dublin office 3 days per week (Tue-Thu).

• Familiarity with REST API development and service integrations.
• Prior experience in the cybersecurity space.
