💼 About This Role

You'll join Datadog's Enterprise IT team to troubleshoot issues and support employee onboarding. You'll gain hands-on experience managing macOS, iOS, Chrome OS, and Windows devices.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist laptop deployment during onboarding and refresh cycles
• Handle ticketing, account management, and basic troubleshooting
• Maintain hardware and software inventory
• Support unified communications setups in conference rooms

📋 Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in IT, Communications, or related field graduating in 2026
• Internship required as part of academic curriculum
• Basic understanding of computer hardware and software
• Good communication skills in English and French
