You'll partner with global CS leadership to drive retention and efficiency. You'll own the operational health of the customer base and protect recurring revenue. This role stands out as a key pillar of the Revenue Operations team with global impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Act as primary Business Partner for VP, CS EMEA & Americas
  • Lead Retention Forecasting and Churn & Downsell Analysis
  • Manage Accounts Allocation, Handover tracking, and CSM KPIs
  • Drive leadership drumbeat with meeting agendas and QBR prep

📋 Requirements

  • 3-5 years in Revenue Operations or CSM Operations in SaaS
  • Advanced Salesforce experience (reporting, dashboards, data architecture)
  • Gainsight proficiency (Success Plans, Playbooks, Health Scoring)
  • Exceptional analytical rigor with GTM business approach
