You'll lead enterprise anti-phishing training initiatives and run simulations using industry-leading tools like KnowBe4. Your work will directly strengthen our organization's security posture and reduce phishing risks.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead large-scale cybersecurity training initiatives across the enterprise.
• Design and execute anti-phishing simulation campaigns using COTS tools.
• Track and report training effectiveness and phishing susceptibility metrics.
• Collaborate with security teams to improve phishing detection and response.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading enterprise cybersecurity training initiatives.
• 1+ year hands-on experience running anti-phishing simulations (e.g., KnowBe4).
• Active CISSP, CISM, or similar certification.
