🎯 What You'll Do

• Set strategic direction for the public works division.
• Lead division-level planning, budgeting, and performance tracking.
• Drive quality, risk management, and safety compliance.
• Develop staff through mentoring, hiring, and performance management.

📋 Requirements

• PE license in North Dakota.
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
• 12+ years experience in public works and civil infrastructure.
• Proven ability to develop revenue-generating client relationships in North Dakota.
