๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead high-impact weekly 1:1s focused on skill development
- Enforce CRM hygiene and forecast accuracy
- Coach AEs through complex deal negotiations
- Hire and develop high-performing sales talent
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years in a sales representative role (HCM/PEO preferred)
- 2+ years of prior management experience
- Proficient in Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and SalesLoft
- Track record managing a team of at least 4+ people to quota attainment
