  • Lead high-impact weekly 1:1s focused on skill development
  • Enforce CRM hygiene and forecast accuracy
  • Coach AEs through complex deal negotiations
  • Hire and develop high-performing sales talent

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years in a sales representative role (HCM/PEO preferred)
  • 2+ years of prior management experience
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and SalesLoft
  • Track record managing a team of at least 4+ people to quota attainment

  • Familiarity with sales methodology training
